Returned an order but they won't refund my money

I placed my order on May 12 and returned it on May 28. I sent it back in the original package with the RMA number they gave me. I even emailed them the USPS tracking receipt to prove I mailed it to them.

I had 30 days to return it and I met that. They will not refund my money and now they have my money and the product. I email them sometimes twice a day and get the same bot response every time. I don't know what my options are to get my refund.

PayPal showed a second charge I did not make after my first order

I bought something from this company and got it, no problem at first. Then a few months go by and I get a notice from PayPal saying another payment went out to them. It was for more money than my first order. I never okayed that.

I sent an email to [email protected] asking them to cancel whatever it was and refund it. That was a while ago and I am still waiting to hear back. No reply at all.

Charged way more than the $9.99 I agreed to pay

I made a purchase for $9.99 and they charged me almost $84. I tried to cancel the order within seconds of placing it and they told me it was already processed. That didn't make any sense to me.

I contacted them through their website and email at [email protected] but got nowhere. Luckily my bank credited me back the charge but I still had to replace my debit card so they couldn't keep charging me. This is a scam business.
