Bottle of joint supplement had different ingredients than advertised

I ordered this joint pain supplement called Core Strength because they said it had Boswellia Serrata from India and some special honey from Japan. When I got the bottle I looked at the ingredients on the back and it was just vitamins. Nothing about the plant or the honey.

I looked up the company online and saw Walmart sells the same Core Strength but the bottle had different ingredients listed and the distributor was S.O Labs LLC in Florida. The front of the bottle looked the same though. I paid $52 a bottle and got six bottles so $311.64 total.

I called their customer service and the agent handled a bunch of different companies. She looked up my order and confirmed the return address on my packing slip. She said if I send the bottles back I will get a refund in 5-7 business days. I hope they actually do it.

Ordered a product for dementia that I can't return and now no one answers

I saw Dr. Ben Carlson selling something online for Astroncaps. It was information saying it was good for dementia. I trusted that it was from Dr. Ben Carlson, so I went ahead and ordered the product. It was $350.

I ordered with the understanding I could return the product if I needed to. Now they will not return my calls. The phone number isn't even working anymore. I tried emailing them at [email protected] too, and nothing. I just want to return it and get my money back.

Ordered capsules from AstronCaps, can't contact them to return it

I ordered some capsules from AstronCaps on Facebook. I actually got the product, but I wanted to return it. The problem is I can't get ahold of anyone.

I tried the phone number they gave, (302) 271-6566. Nothing. I tried emailing [email protected]. No reply. I even cancelled the order more than once on my end.

But I still keep getting the product sent to me. I paid $100 for this and I can't reach them at all. The address listed is 19655 E. 35th Dr. Ste.100, Aurora, CO 80011, but that doesn't help if no one answers.

Charged $642 for brain supplements I couldn't cancel

I ordered brain supplements from [email protected] and gave my credit card info. After that, I was looking at other prices on the same site and I ended up buying another 12 bottles by accident. I couldn't take it back or reverse the charge or remove it from the order. They just charged me the full $642.00 and that was it. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to fix it. The whole thing felt off.

Ordered from a Facebook ad, got charged after I canceled

I saw this product advertised on Facebook. It used what looked like real people to sell it, so I ordered. When I tried to get the upsell, my card got denied. They called me back the next day and I told them clearly I did not want the product anymore. Two hours later, they ran my card again and this time it went through, for $1192.81.

I refused the package when it came, that was three weeks ago. I've tried calling the number, (302) 618-4094, but no one ever answers. The website is just a scam. I emailed [email protected] too, from the address in Englewood, Colorado, and got nothing back. I want my money returned.

Ordered 18 bottles of product, returned them, and now can't get my money back

I bought 18 bottles of something called 297-NRVSPT-230. After talking to my doctor, I decided to return it. They sent me instructions for the return, and I followed them. They got the bottles back on January 24, 2026.

I emailed them about my refund and just got the runaround. They said they didn't recognize the RMA number. I tried sending all the information again, but the email address bounced back with server errors. I called the phone number, (302) 618-4094, and all I get is a recording saying they're not open during normal hours. The email was [email protected].

It's been impossible to reach anyone. I'm out $671 and I have nothing to show for it.

Paid for herbs that didn't work, sent them back and got no refund

I paid for some herbs online, almost $200, and they didn't work at all. So I wrote to the company at their email, [email protected]. They told me how to return the herbs to get a refund. They gave me an address to send them back to, some place in Aurora, Colorado. So I did that, I returned all the herbal bottles to that address. But I never got my money back. No refund, nothing. I tried the phone number they have, (302) 271-6566, and it didn't lead anywhere helpful. I'm just out the money.

Ordered pills for my husband's Alzheimer's, got sent caffeine and no refund

I ordered some pills over the phone from this company. They were advertised as treating Alzheimer's, which my husband has. They came with a 60-day money-back guarantee.

The pills arrived and they are mostly just caffeine. I sent them back on December 4th. I haven't gotten my refund and no one has contacted me. I tried calling but no one ever answers the phone.

I paid for them on November 15th using our bank debit card. The total was $597. It's been over two months now with nothing.
