Charged extra and sent way more product than I ordered

I ordered 2 or 3 bottles from them. After I paid, somehow an additional 4 bottles got added to my order and they charged me another $200. I tried to cancel but I couldn’t. When it came in the mail, I tried so many times to email and call the company. I wanted to return everything without even opening the bag it came in. No reply.

I finally opened it and I got 12 bottles. I found their address, phone, and email and I’ve been calling over and over to return this and get my money back. Every single time I call, it says it’s after business hours and I leave a message. Nothing.

Got charged monthly for a product I only ordered once

I got a product order in the mail, but then they put me on a list for a reoccurring monthly charge. I tried calling their customer service and I emailed them too, but I get no response. Nobody answers.

I called my credit card company about it. They said I have to tell the company to remove me from the reoccurring payment list myself. But I can't get ahold of anyone to tell them. The money just comes out. It was $207. The email is [email protected] and the number is (302) 618-4094.
