Emails threatening court over a payday loan I never got

I got a few emails from this address [email protected] saying I'm going to be taken to court and facing criminal charges. They said it's for a payday loan. But I never even got any payday loan.

The emails just kept coming and they sounded really serious. No company name on them really, just that email. They said they are in Las Vegas, NV. I haven't lost any money to it but it's just stressful getting threats like that for something that isn't real.
