Ordered a poster that never shipped and their website went dead

I ordered a poster from atelierposter.com for about 40 dollars. It was supposed to be a Banff National Park poster. The expected delivery date came and went and nothing showed up.

I emailed them at [email protected] to ask what was going on. They gave me a tracking link but it was broken. When I clicked it it just went to a page saying the store wasn’t taking any more purchases. The address they had listed was just IA, USA, no real street or anything.

So I never got the poster and no one ever replied to my emails after that. Just out 40 bucks.
