Ordered a whiskey decanter that never showed up
I emailed them because there's no phone number to call. I told them I was going to report it as fraud. They emailed back saying they'd ship another one. I never got a confirmation for the replacement and I still don't have the product.
I looked online and the site is listed as a fraudulent e-commerce storefront. It's a scam.
Ordered from athorough.com and they want more money to send it
They told me the product was sent back and if I wanted them to send it again it would cost me another $10. I said no, I never got the item so either send me a new one for free or refund my money. They just kept saying I had to pay the extra $10 if I wanted it. I paid $42.03 for something I never got and they won't do anything about it.
