Ordered books from Instagram ad and nothing ever showed up

I saw these books advertised on Instagram and made a purchase. Got a confirmation email from them saying I could download the books while the actual ones were being shipped to me. I decided not to download anything until I got the physical books so I have no idea if the download even works or if it’s a virus or something.

The books never arrived. I spent $24.90 on this. The website is atlas-library.com and their email is [email protected]. They say they are in Hawthorne, CA. I just want my money back or the books.

Paid for cookbooks and never got them

I ordered some cookbooks from them on 5/20/26. Paid $24.90. The website is Instagram and the email is [email protected].

I emailed them asking why it was taking so long. Daniel Begum replied on 5/30/26 saying something about the delay. But I still never got the cookbooks. No package ever showed up. Just out the money.

Facebook ad for Ethiopian bible books that never showed up

I saw an ad on Facebook for books and went to atlas-library.com and ordered 3 hard cover copies of the Ethiopian bible. Paid $90 for them. Never got my item.

When I tried to find a way to contact them to see what’s going on, there was no email or phone number on the site. Nothing. Just no way to reach anyone. Still haven’t gotten the books or my money back.

Ordered physical books but got nothing digital either

I bought some books from atlas-library.com. They were supposed to be physical books. Then after I paid they told me they were actually digital books. So I went to their website to download the digital books but there was nothing there to download. The books didn't exist.

Then I started getting these weird emails from them. Just odd stuff. So I disputed the charge with my bank. After I did that I got a threatening email from them. They had my address in TX, USA and their email was [email protected]. I only lost 0.25 cents but still it's the principle.
