Phone call saying I owe AT&T money from years ago

Got a call from (218) 882-0968. Said they were from AT&T and I owed money on an old bill. I don't even remember having an account with them that long ago. The guy was pushy and kept saying I had to pay right then or they would take further action.

I asked for proof or a letter or something and he just kept repeating the amount. He said they were a debt collector working for AT&T. The number came up from Carlton, MN. I didn't give them any money but it was weird how aggressive he was about it. No company name was given other than AT&T.
