Lawsuit letter with a court case number I never heard of

I got this letter in the mail from someone named ATT Luna Skalbeak. It says there is a lawsuit against me with a case file number and everything. The address is 700 Stewart Street in Seattle. They want me to pay a lawsuit cost of $723.37 or a settlement of $542.53.

I have no idea what this is about. I never borrowed money from them. The email on the letter is [email protected] which looks weird. No company name I recognize anywhere on it. Just a court case number and a demand for money. I did not lose any money but this is confusing.
