Phone call about a promotion discount that made no sense

Got a call from (484) 202-5734. The guy said he was from ATT wireless and told me I had some promotion discount ending soon. Asked if I wanted to renew it. I asked him which promotion it was and he could never tell me. Just kept saying I needed to pay 10 months upfront for a 3 year contract and then my monthly bill would go down.

Sounded off right away. No company name on anything he sent either. I looked up the number and the email he gave was [email protected] which doesn't look right. Address he listed was Chester Springs, PA. I didn't give him anything or lose any money but it felt strange.
