Email about legal consequences with no real company name

Got a weird email from some address [email protected]. It was talking about legal consequences if I didn't respond. They listed some regulations like 15 USC §1692e and UCC §3-501 and something about Commercial Code.

No company name on it. Just a random email. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange. They made it sound critical but it didn't make sense.
