Got a threatening email from a fake attorney about a debt

I was contacted out of the blue last year by email from someone claiming to be an attorney. They said I had 4 hours to make a payment "or else." I didn't owe anything. Now I keep getting calls from numbers marked as spam risk. Just today I got another threatening email. All these so-called attorneys use @hotmail or @gmail addresses, which isn't legit. It's just harassment.
