Got a threatening email about a fake arrest warrant and debt

I got this email saying there's an arrest warrant with some ID number, WMC38521756, and it's going to be released on a Friday. It says it's the last notice and I don't need to reply. But then it tells me to email [email protected] if I want to make a payment.

The email says it's a "LegProcessedingsing" issued against me for some company called Cash Advance Inc., with a docket number ALM-68210. It claims they tried to call me and couldn't get hold of me, so they're marking it as a refusal and pressing legal charges. There's a case number WM-AP-72349 and an amount of $2,979.61.

It says they sent a warning on March 8, 2024, and now I have 24 hours or they'll file in court. They even mentioned an address: 1008 N Vermont, Los Angeles, CA 90029. The whole thing felt off. I don't have any debt with them. It's just a scary email trying to get money.
