Online auction said I won but the equipment never showed up

I got a notice from this online auction site that I won a bid. They said I had to wire the money right away. So I did, it was $24,570. Then they said they would deliver it for an extra fee and even gave me a tracking number.

When the tracking said it was here I stayed home waiting. The equipment never came. I called the number (605) 220-7912 and emailed [email protected] but nobody answers. The website is https://auctionsinfinity.com and the address they gave is 6995 Reservoir Rd, Rapid City, SD 57703.

I just want my money back or the equipment. This doesn't feel right at all.
