Bought tinnitus cure with money back guarantee but no refund

I ordered from this company Audileaf for a tinnitus treatment they said would work and had a 100% money back guarantee. The website is Audileaf and their address is 19655 E 35th Dr STE 100, Aurora, CO 80011. Their email is [email protected].

When I got the product I could not use it because they did not list all the ingredients in their ads. So I called them at (720) 248-8973 and they told me not to send the product back because it gets lost in the mail a lot but they would give me 50% back. That felt shady right away. I called and emailed them a bunch of times after that but got no refund at all.

I looked into it more and the product does not even have what they say is in it. I am out $200 plus shipping.
