Ordered wrong size from maternity site and nobody ever answered

I ordered maternity clothing from Auramaternity.com. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and reached out right away so they could fix it before it shipped. Their website says you can do that within a 3 day window so I contacted them all 3 days. Nobody answered.

I tried reaching out on social media too. Still nothing. Their site also says exchanges are easy within 5 days of getting the order but how can you do that when no one answers? I want my money back. I never got the order but the 82 dollars was taken from my credit card. This business is not operating like their website says it does.
