Ordered cotton shirts but got polyester instead and extra charges
I ordered five shirts from Aurela on 3/29/26 because the product descriptions said they were 100% heavyweight cotton. When they finally showed up two months later, I looked at the tags and they were 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The colors also looked nothing like the photos on the website.
Then I checked my payment and saw I got charged two extra times on separate dates. I didn't buy anything else and I never signed up for any subscription. I looked through my order info and couldn't find anything about a subscription or any way to cancel recurring charges.
