Ordered something online and never got it

I ordered from this website Aussley and paid $38.71. Never got anything. The website looked fine when I ordered.

They have a phone number (901) 493-3360 and the email they used was [email protected]. Address says TN, USA. I tried contacting them but no reply. Just took my money and nothing showed up.
