Ordered from a blowout sale and got sent counterfeit items, no refund

I got a text about a blowout sale from Authentic Aura. The website looked okay so I placed an order for $412. What they sent me was clearly counterfeit merchandise. It's fake.

I contacted them immediately, even just five minutes after I placed the order, and asked to reverse the sale. They refused. They just said no refunds. I tried emailing [email protected] and calling (407) 686-0429, but nothing. They took the money and won't give it back.
