Facebook ad for a Toyota Tundra motor that turned into a money pit

Found an ad on Facebook marketplace for a 4.7 Toyota Tundra motor. Messaged the guy, he said he wanted $1,000 and he would ship it by FedEx. Then he used something called United Postal Courier who then told me I had to buy insurance for the shipment to the amount of $700. I made that payment, got a confirmation that delivery would be June 25.

Next day got a message saying I had to pay $1,000 for a city permit to deliver the motor. They said delivery was still on schedule. Then the next day got another message saying I had to buy a customs permit to finish the delivery. I lost $3,200 total. Never got the motor. The phone number they used was (443) 585-2757.
