Ordered cat litter from autokittystore.com and FedEx sent it to wrong address

I used my shop account and bought a cat litter item. For some reason FedEx delivered it to an address down south of me, not my house. The website was autokittystore.com.

Now I just got notified on my PayPal that they are charging another $29.99 to me. I never even received the first item. So they took my money and I got nothing.
