Charged over $500 for something I never ordered or heard of

I just saw a charge on my account for $536. It says it’s for an AV disk, an online payment, for 12 months. I have no idea what this is about. I never ordered anything like that. I don’t even know what an AV disk is.

The money just came out. I didn’t get any warning or an email explaining it. Nothing. It doesn’t make any sense to me. I want this charge reversed because I didn’t sign up for it.
