Ordered a knit sweater but got a cheap polyester shirt

I ordered a beautiful knit sweater with knit flowers from avaandjune.com. What I got was just a polyester printed pullover shirt. It's not even close to what was shown. I contacted them at their email, [email protected]. They said they'd only refund 15% or I could send the item back to China. That doesn't make any sense for a $120 order. I just want my money back for this completely wrong item.

Ordered a sweater from a Facebook ad and got sent the wrong thing

I saw an ad on Facebook for a sweater and bought it. It was a bait and switch. They sent something completely different than what I ordered.

The website is avaandjune.com and they ask for your phone number, but they don't list one anywhere. They asked for the business city and I think it's in China. I emailed to try and return it. They told me to send it to an address in China, and I'd have to pay for the shipping myself. That's another $60 gone.

Here's a photo showing what I ordered and what actually showed up. Now what am I supposed to do?
