Ordered a cat sweater and got a cheap print instead

So I found this website avagracenyc.com and it looked legit. I ordered a sweater that was supposed to have a yarn woven cat image on it. Looked really nice in the pictures.

What showed up was a cheap polyester or nylon sweater with a print of a yarn woven cat on it. Totally different. The fabric was awful and the picture on the site was completely misleading.

I emailed them the same day I got it. No reply. No way to reach anyone. Now the website is dead. My credit card company said I didn't return the item but I couldn't even get a response from the company to arrange a return. Super frustrating. Lost about 60 bucks.
