Strange charge from a company I never heard of

I was getting ready to pay my credit card bill and I saw a transaction I never made. So I Googled the business and got a phone number that kept hanging up, and an email address that never replied. I scrolled through my email because normally when I buy something online I get a confirmation, but there was nothing, not even in my spam.

I ended up filing a dispute claim with the credit card company. They canceled that card and are sending me another one. Whether they believe me or not when I explain the issue, I guess time will tell.
