Real estate agent turned out to be a fake check scammer

I own a cleaning company. We clean homes and commercial businesses. So my company got targeted by a spam caller pretending to be a real estate agent. They looked legit because they had a lot of followers on social media and they gave us a website and a promo video to see what the company was about.

They sent a form through text message and we put in our banking info, routing number, and my company's Tax ID number. They scheduled a call for the next week but the call never came. I tried reaching them and got no answer for about a day. When I finally got ahold of them they wanted to send me to their finance team. Thats when I realized it was a scam and I had to act fast to protect my company from fraud.
