Bought a bread bowl and bag that smell like chemicals

I ordered a sourdough bread bowl and a beeswax bread bag from their site. The stuff looked nothing like the pictures. The bread bowl had a strong chemical smell and the bag was just cheap material. I tried emailing them at [email protected] about a return but nobody ever wrote back. I looked online after and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing. Lost $50 on this.
