Bought from averyandmaren and got cheap knockoffs

I ordered from www.averyandmaren and the pictures on the site looked great. What showed up was totally different. Really bad quality, like a cheap copy of what I thought I was buying.

I tried to return it but after doing a lot of research it turns out they don't do returns. I wasted about $60 on this. Their address is 5215 S Boyle Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90058 and their email is Support@averyandmaren. Just a heads up.

Ordered a dress and got a cheap polyester thing with no way to return it

I ordered a dress from their site https://averyandmaren. When I got it the quality was just awful. It’s not lined at all, all polyester, stitching is really bad. So I tried to email them at [email protected] to ask about returning it. The email came back as not found. I got a bounce back from [email protected] instead. So now I’m stuck with this thing. I paid $59.95 and they have my credit card info. Can’t get my money back.

Ordered a dress from their website and got cheap, poorly made junk

I found them on Instagram. Their website said they were a company from NYC started by two sisters. The dresses on AveryandMaren.com looked beautiful and were a good price. What showed up was complete junk. The fabric was cheap and sleazy and it was poorly made.

I contacted them. They told me it would cost about $85 to send it back. Instead, they said I should just accept a 20% refund. So they kept 80% of my money for sending me garbage. I paid over $100 total. This feels like a complete scam.
