Ordered a dress from their website and got cheap, poorly made junk

I found them on Instagram. Their website said they were a company from NYC started by two sisters. The dresses on AveryandMaren.com looked beautiful and were a good price. What showed up was complete junk. The fabric was cheap and sleazy and it was poorly made.

I contacted them. They told me it would cost about $85 to send it back. Instead, they said I should just accept a 20% refund. So they kept 80% of my money for sending me garbage. I paid over $100 total. This feels like a complete scam.
