Bracelets said made in USA but came from China, then a surprise membership fee

I saw an ad for bracelets that said they were made in the USA. I ordered from the website averynsloan.com. The bracelets I got were actually from China. That wasn't right.

Then three days after my order, they took another $29.99 out of my account. It was for some membership fee. There's no mention of that fee anywhere on their website when you buy. So I paid $88 total.

I have more pictures that show all this, but I can only add one here. The phone number listed is 513-229-9702 and they're based out of Philadelphia, PA.
