Ordered dresses from Instagram ad, product was horrible and they won't refund

I saw this website averyandmaren.com all over Instagram and Facebook ads. I ordered two dresses. When the first one came, it was horrible. Nothing like the pictures at all. I emailed them right away to say I wanted to return that one and the second one, since it was the same.

They emailed back saying I couldn't return anything. They said they could give me 20% back instead, but they never did. Or that I could buy something else, which makes no sense. I tried to open a dispute with American Express, which is what I used, but they couldn't even start one. I guess because this isn't a real business.

The company is in China. It's a total scam. I was stupid for not checking reviews first.
