Bought a jacket from an Instagram ad and never got it

I saw an ad for this website on Instagram and decided to buy a jacket. The website looked fine, nothing seemed off about it. So I placed my order.

About a month later I got a notification saying my jacket shipped but there was no tracking number or anything. I still haven’t gotten my jacket. I noticed the website doesn’t have any terms for shipping, refunds, or returns. I just want my money back.
