Ordered flowers from Avis Flowers, got charged and no help

I ordered flowers from Avis Flowers and paid $104. The money came out of my account. Now there's no customer service to fix this or even talk to anyone. I keep getting the run around when I try. They just hang up on me. The website is www.avisflowers.com and the number I have is (877) 639-3303. They're listed in CT, USA. I never got what I paid for and now I can't get ahold of anybody.
