Facebook ad for Avon sent me a different product

I ordered Avon Skin So Soft from a Facebook ad. I paid for the order right when I placed it, $34.17.

What showed up was not Avon at all. It was some bottle labeled Eelhoe skin bath oil. Totally different thing. The address on the package said 299 Robbins lane, Syosset, NY.

I just wanted the actual Avon stuff I ordered. Not sure why they sent something else.
