Ordered a bag, took a month, came from two countries

I ordered from awardboast.com and it took a whole month to get a small bag. First they sent it from Norway, then it came from China too. I don’t know what that was about.

Everything they sent is what I ordered, so now they are offering me (3). I have no idea what (3) means. I have had problems from the start with this. Lost 35 dollars and some change. Their email is [email protected].
