Got a letter from Axia Financial about a reverse mortgage I don't have.

I got this letter in the mail from Axia Financial LLC. It says "Final Notice - response required." It's talking about a reverse mortgage and says I need to do repairs and maintenance. It mentions some service advisories, code 33.1a and 35.2c. It all sounds really urgent.

But it's a scam. I looked it up and National Home Warranty, or whoever is behind this, is not connected to my mortgage lender at all. I don't even have a reverse mortgage. It's just a fake, scary letter trying to get a response.
