Got a fake fraud alert email from a Microsoft address

I got an email from [email protected]. It said an unidentified transaction was flagged as fraud on my account. It felt off right away. The whole thing was just telling me about this supposed transaction. There was a phone number in there too, (813) 453-4558, which I'm sure is the scammer's. They didn't actually take any money from me, but it's clearly a phishing attempt. Using a Microsoft email address to make it look real. I didn't click anything or call the number, but it's annoying to get these messages.

Getting emails from Microsoft about an invoice I didn't make

I keep getting emails from [email protected]. They're talking about an invoice. I didn't create any invoice with Microsoft Azure or anything like that. The phone number listed is (813) 453-4558. It says it's from the United States.

I don't know what this is about. I'm worried it's some kind of scam. I just want to know if these emails are fake so I can ignore them. It doesn't make sense to me.
