Paid for a product but tracking says delivered and nothing showed up

I ordered something from Babyletto.com and paid for it. When I checked the tracking it said delivered but I never got anything. I tried looking for an email or a customer service number but couldn't find anything that worked. The email they had was [email protected]. I lost like 64 dollars and some change. No idea who to contact about it.
