Paid for an order that never shipped and now they won’t reply
I ordered from BabyRx and they took my payment on May 26th. 35 dollars. By June 9th nothing had shipped so I contacted them. They replied that same day saying they expected it to ship that day, June 9th. It did not ship.
On June 16th I wrote them again to cancel and ask for a refund. No response. On June 18th I messaged their number and still nothing. I ended up filing a claim through PayPal protection to try to get my money back.
