Paid for a package on their website and got nothing back

I went to their website and picked a package, it made me pay and sent me an automated receipt by email. I did that. Got the email and everything. Then nothing. No leads, no follow up, nothing.

I tried contacting them. No response at all. Not a single reply. So I went on their Instagram and sure enough there’s a bunch of people posting on there like “Where are my leads.” So I’m not the only one. I paid $110 and got nothing for it.
