Medical supply company filed fake claims with my insurance again
I don't even use those supplies. My healthcare company actually caught it and denied the claims both times because they suspected misrepresentation. I reported it to their fraud department and also to ScamPulse.com.
This company has a history of doing this kind of thing and has even been convicted for medical fraud before.
Strange medical claim from a company I never heard of
Luckily my insurance sent the claim back asking for more info so no money went out to them. I told my insurance it was fraud. Their customer service person tried calling the number on the claim but nobody picked up. They sent everything to the fraud department and said the claim won’t be paid.
Explanation of benefits for services I never used
They are using an old insurance plan of mine that is not even active anymore. The address they have is 10711 red run blvd ste 101 in Owings Mills, MD. I don’t know how they got my info or why they are billing for stuff I never did.
I just want this stopped. I didn’t lose any money but it feels wrong getting these bills for nothing.
Bakarika Corp filed fake medical claims under my husband's name
The first claim was dated March 31, 2025. I reported it to my insurance company and some fraud hotlines and agencies. My husband does not have any of the medical conditions they listed. He has never been treated for any of that stuff.
I looked up Bakarika Corp online. Turns out they were indicted for fraud. Their address was 10711 Red Run Blvd., Set 101, Owings Mills, MD 21117. I don't know what else to do about it.
Got a fake medical claim with my Medicare info on it
My Medicare company caught it and said it was fraudulent. Someone used my information to try and file this claim. It's really unsettling to see my Medicare details on a form for a service I didn't receive.
Now I'm just worried about my information being out there. What if they try it again with another company?
They used our insurance to bill for medical supplies we never got
They somehow had all our insurance information. They submitted claims for things we didn't ask for. I don't know how they got our details. This just showed up out of nowhere.
Now I have to deal with this. I didn't lose any money myself but my insurance was billed. It's for stuff that never happened.
Got three bills from Bakarika Corp for over $12,000 I don't owe.
The bills are for health items and they total $12,062.00. I never bought anything from them. I don't owe this money. It feels like someone is using my information. I just want this to stop and for these charges to be taken off.
