Medical claims filed for me by a company I never heard of

I got a letter from my insurance United Health Care saying they got two claims from Bakarika Corp. for medical supplies for me. They denied the claims. I had no idea who this company was. I never had medical care with them. I never ordered any supplies. I filed a fraud report with my insurance company. It just feels strange someone is using my name like that.

Bill for medical supplies I never got or needed

I got a bill from a company called Bakarika Corp. saying my insurance was liable for Procedure codes A4353KX and A6197A4 with Claim No. 318379067800. They said it was for some kind of urinary catheter and wound dressing supplies.

Well my insurance company denied their claim. Which is good because none of it is true. Not a single thing on that bill is real. I never ordered anything from them and I never got anything from them. So they sent me a fake invoice trying to get paid for stuff that never happened.

Thank you for being there to help people like me. These scammers are something else.
