EOB showing $11,723 in medical bills for stuff I never got

I got an EOB from my insurance company. It had $11,723.75 worth of charges from Bakarika Corporation for a back brace and knee braces and stuff like that. I never saw any doctors on those five dates they listed. I don't have those medical devices and I don't need them. I don't even know this company.

This feels like a fraud thing to try and steal money from my insurance or me. My insurance denied the claim for now and asked for office notes. I have no idea what's going on with this company.
