Ordered from Balistic Brew, got a shipping label and then nothing

I placed an order with Balistic Brew on April 5th. The next day I got an email saying my order shipped, but that's it. The tracking just says a label was created and there's been no update since.

I've tried contacting them through direct messages and emailing [email protected]. No one ever replies. It's been completely silent.

I looked at their Instagram page, @balisticbrew, and other customers are commenting with the exact same problem. I paid $54.95 and got nothing. This feels like a scam.
