Ordered a dress that never shipped from bananasmac.com

I ordered a dress off of this website bananasmac.com. It never shipped. I contacted them at [email protected] and they responded saying it would ship but it never did. That was 2 months ago.

The phone number they have listed is (847) 349-4811 but its fake. I lost $66.65 on this. No dress ever showed up.

Ordered Stanley bottles but got wrong stuff and cannot reach them

I ordered 2 Stanley water bottles from bananasmac.com. It took about 3 weeks to get them delivered. When they finally showed up, both bottles were a completely different color, size, and style than what I paid for. Not even close.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] and [email protected]. Both bounced back saying the address could not be found or is unable to receive mail. Then I tried calling the customer service number on their website, 847-349-4811, but the call does not go through at all. Their site says the address is 1409 Northwest 85th Street, Seattle WA 98117, but that area code is northeast Illinois so it didn't make sense. No way to get a refund or anything.
