Someone called pretending to be Bank of America after weird charges
About two hours later, someone called our home phone. The caller ID said Bank of America. My mom called the number back and the person said the account was on hold and asked for account info. She thought it was really Bank of America so she gave them a credit card number and her Social Security number.
We called the bank again and they said they never made any outbound calls. So now we're setting up alerts on everything and trying to lock things down better.
