Ordered bankruptcy records online and never got them

I ordered bankruptcy records from www.bankruptcy-records.us. It was supposed to be an online delivery within an hour. I paid $41.32 for it.

I never received anything. I tried to contact them several times. The phone number is (800) 921-8490. All I ever get is an answering machine and no one ever answers back. I also tried the email [email protected] and got no reply.

It's been a complete waste of money. They have my payment but I have no records and no way to get a hold of anyone.
