Ordered a 4th of July banner but it went to a parcel locker I never heard of

I ordered a big banner for the 4th of July back on April 27, 2026. Had it set to deliver to my home address, that’s what I put in. They said it was sent and delivered on June 2, 2026 but to some “parcel locker” I don’t know anything about.

I never got it. I asked them to either refund my $49.99 or send another one to the right place and they said no. Just refused. So I’m out the money and no banner for the holiday.
