Dress from Pinterest ad was trash with ink spots and loose threads

I saw this Barbara Dever Boutique on Pinterest. They were advertising designer style dresses on sale. I ordered one. I knew it wasnt really 200.00 marked down but I figured if the quality was decent itd be a good deal. Well it wasnt.

First off theres no free shipping on exchanges or returns if youre unhappy. And it ships from china! If you dont like it you only get 15% back. Thats not what their website says. I admit I didnt read the fine print on returns but I was acting in good faith.

The dress itself was trash. Random ink spots all over it. Threads sewn in weird places. The fabric felt like crepe paper. Buyer beware.
