Bought a dress from a website that turned out to be a scam

I bought a dress from barbaradever.com. I thought it was a real boutique in Boston because the website had good reviews and said they were located there. The dress took forever to get here and when it finally came it was from China. The quality was just terrible and it didn't look anything like the pictures on the site.

After I got it I looked closer at their return policy. You have to pay to ship it back yourself to an address in China. The return contact name is Wang Maoqin with an address in Ningbo, China. I paid $60.90 for this dress and now I'm stuck with it. The whole thing feels like a scam.

Website selling clothes that look nothing like the photos

I ordered from barbaradever.com because the pictures looked really nice. The website used AI models and the clothes looked great. I spent $100.00 on a few items.

When I got the package the stuff was just terrible. The fabric was super cheap and it didn't look anything like what was shown online. I mean it was completely different. I asked for a refund and they said no. They told me I could pick another item but I would have to pay for shipping again.

I emailed [email protected] but they just keep saying the same thing. No refund. Just pick something else and pay more money. I don't trust them to send anything better.
