Got charged $15 from a pop-up on my barber's site

I was on my barber's booking service site and a pop-up came up. It said to "save $20 on this haircut!" I didn't sign up for anything, I just closed it. But then I got charged $15. They took the money for nothing. I didn't agree to any charge.
